I led the 0→1 design of MyGCPay, a pay transparency platform for 330k federal employees for Public Procurement Canada. This 2-year effort involved designing and scaling an ecosystem of B2B dashboards and agentic tools to integrate with legacy data and systems.

I led the end-to-end research, information architecture, and product design to personalize online shopping and establish CMS foundation for product catalog integration across Sobeys and its 5 subsidiary grocery retailers.

For Sobeys, IBM developed a companion shopping list feature for customers to save products and plan visits to their local store. I contributed to the 0→1 conceptualization and design. This serves as an interim solution while Sobeys works to implement native checkout functionality.

As part of a partnership between IBM and Nova Scotia Health, I led UX strategy workshops for a 6-week initiative to conceptualize two AI-powered MVPs using Watsonx AI Studio (SaaS). This project is under NDA—reach out for more details.
