I started my career as a data scientist at IBM. I recognized gaps between technical solutions and user needs, which sparked my shift to UX design and research. Today, I work as a multi-disciplinary designer, crafting data and AI-based experiences that streamline human workflows and business operations.
I went on to complete a Master of Information at the University of Toronto, building on a Math & Statistics degree from McMaster University. I have an upcoming presentation for the CSCW conference in late October 2025.

I redesigned a mobile experience that embeds charitable giving into everyday purchases through round-up donations. I mapped customer user journeys and prototyped core flows (checkout, donation history, impact dashboard) to refine the MVP concept that secured corporate and sponsorship.
